Context:
When we release new versions of the POS or List systems, the rollout will happen in waves.
Initially, the new version will be tested in the office bar, which is not accessible to guests. After that, it will be released in two waves to a small subset of our stores before being launched globally.
This phased approach helps us identify and fix potential bugs early, minimizing disruptions and reducing the risk of errors and workflow interruptions across the broader network
